Established in 1990, The Gordon Lee Memorial Alumni Association & Foundation in service and fundraising supports scholastic and extracurricular programs for the Chickamauga City School System. Since 2012, the Alumni Association has contributed over $271,000 to help all three schools. The money has helped purchase various items including new computers and smartboards for CES and GLMS, playground equipment, office equipment, outdoor seating, and new safer bleacher systems. We also helped complete the Gordon Lee Athletic Training Facility. Our Scholarship program began in 2013 awarding $27,000 in scholarships for graduating seniors and alumni furthering their academic careers.
